Entering –1 in the OCB of this switch is what you would use if you want Lara to reach into the hole in the wall and pick up an object. If you want her to reach in the hole and trigger an event such as opening a door, enter 2 in the OCB. And when you place the trigger for this switch you put it on the square directly in front of the switch, not on the same square as the switch itself. If you load the original Cleopatra project file you will find several good examples of this type of switch. [This message has been edited by hagar (edited 01-17-2001).] IP: Logged |

It sounds like there are two things wrong.Number one, I don’t think you are getting the number 2 entered in the OCB window correctly. After you type in the 2 be sure to hit enter on your keyboard before clicking OK. Number two, I think you may be putting your triggers on the wrong side of the switch. All three triggers should go in front of the large textured side of the switch. Let me know what happens.

You will need to place a trigger for BOTH the camera and the target on the same square as your switch trigger.Open the Set Trigger Type window for the target, click next to Trigger and pick Target. IP: Logged |

No, don’t put the camera and the target on the same square. Try putting the camera somewhere in the middle of the room. Put the target in front of the door, not on the same square as the door itself. Also, open the Set Trigger Type window for the target and make sure the Trigger box is set to Target. This is what makes the camera look at the target instead of Lara
